Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Nivio Health's AI Receptionist services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are designed to maintain the "Clinical Sanctuary" we provide to our partner clinics.
2. Services Provided
Nivio Health provides AI-driven clinical reception services, including inbound call answering, appointment scheduling, clinical triage, and PMS integration. The services are provided on a subscription basis across our Starter, Growth, and Pro tiers.
3. Clinical Responsibility
While our AI is highly advanced and capable of triaging, clinical responsibility for patient health outcomes remains with the dental practice. Nivio serves as an assistant and should be reviewed by clinical staff through the dashboard summaries at the start of each session.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees for Nivio are billed monthly in advance. All prices exclude GST. Any minutes exceeding your plan allocation will be billed at AU$0.45 per minute.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary AI models, software interfaces, and "The Clinical Sanctuary" design systems remain the exclusive property of Nivio Health. You are granted a non-exclusive license for use during your active subscription period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nivio Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any clinical downtime or PMS connection issues outside of our direct control.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a final export of your patient call logs.
